Power Skating Registration and Fun Family Skate

Sunday November 8th at 3 pm Westville Miners Arena CSA Approved helmets are required for everyone on the ice surface Power Skating Registration Fee: $45/child to a maximum of $90/family.

Fun Fit Pass

All you need is your library card to borrow a Fun Fit Pass for two weeks to visit the YMCA of Pictou County, or Pictou Fisheries Training Pool & True Potential Fitness.

Chair Exercise Class

This low impact class led by Sharon Lynch is a great way to incorporate physical activity into your day.

Nordic Walking Poles

Nordic walking is a total body version of walking that can be enjoyed both by non-athletes as a health-promoting physical activity, and by athletes as a sport.
